Shawsett Driver Safety Program

Shawsett Training and Safety (STS) has been training staff in India in regional and high density locations since 2000. In this time, there has been a range of programs offered, which have resulted in a reduction of road crashes, a sense of pride and professionalism in driving safely, and an awareness of the need for a team approach to driver safety and driver professionalism.

Importantly a program must consist of:

Awareness: the knowledgebase of techniques, requirements and operational capacity;

Behaviour: risk comprehension and analysis, and influences on our behaviours;

Capability: ability to observe, comprehend and react physically.

Our experience has allowed us to develop a systematic approach to the establishment of a comprehensive driver safety program.

Accordingly, the following driver safety flow chart provides a brief outline of the stages that we would engage in to ensure the program leads to a progressive development of the standards of road transport for your business.
